To replace the audio adapter card, shut down the system, remove power, remove the system cover, refer to the figure, and perform the following procedure:

1. Put on your ESD wriststrap.
2. Remove the screw securing the audio card to the rear of the enclosure.
3. Remove the card from the system and disconnect the two cables.
4. Plug the two cables (1) and (3) into the new audio card and position the card in the enclosure.
5. Secure the card with a screw.
