BUGS

Here are the known kernel bugs:

• get harmless but annoying exception MF's while FPU is disabled
• get harmless but annoying exception E0's via the local APIC

Previous bugs now fixed:

• ATAPI stuff in IDE driver broken, doesn't detect presence of drive
  rewrote drive detection routine, have it do a reset between each probe
• Tried recompiling everything from source. Well, the gcc, glibc, binutils, bin86 are all too old to compile correctly on the Redhat 7 system. So I will have some work to update those utilities so they compile on Redhat 7. Anyway, I originally did everything on a Slackware system, but I think the stuff all compiled from scratch using Redhat 5.
  Was using gcc 2.7.2, now upgraded to 2.95-3
